Every time they have come , they knock on the door and let me know what service they are doing today. Additionally, they ask if there's anything else that I am noticing that needs to be addressed. They spend adequate time doing proper applications each and every time. This is a locally owned company that cares. We even had the owner at the house and I had a chance to talk and he was knowledgeable, professional and sets high expectations for his team.
